Office Hours & appointment Process
Consulting Hoursar 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday and 07:00-12:00 on Sunday. Walk-ins are accepted depending on the doctor's availability.
Patients should bring their ID or passport, medical aid card and any required referral letter if it is their first consultations. Patients are expected to settle their accounts immediately after the consultation. For those paying via EFT, proof of payment must be sent immediately. Patients using medical aid must ensure efficient funds are available before consultation, otherwise they will be liable for all costs.

Emergencies
For any urgent pregnancy or gynaecological concerns, patients must go directly to Krugersdorp Hospital or Dr SK Masteke’s rooms. On arrival, they should inform the staff that they are Dr Maphikana’s patient. The team will place him on speed‑dial immediately to guide further care.
